I never thought grocery shopping would be so difficult! When I was first diagnosed, I had to throw out all my old foods and restock. I cant have any oil but canola and peanut, gluten-free, ect. Earth Fare was the answer to my troubles. They have the best selection of foods. Eating healthy means shopping smart.
